1 Consumer identification
At this stage you will need:
- name of the enterprise (service provider);
- name of the division of the supplier with whom the contract was concluded (for example, RES);
- personal account number;
- the amount of the last payment for the service received on the personal account.
2 Create an account
At this stage you need to enter:
- unique login (user name);
- password;
- email address;
- read and confirm your agreement with the agreement.
3 Account activation
At this point, an email with an activation link will be sent to the email address you entered earlier. Follow this link, thus activating your account.
If you don't receive a letter for a long time, please check if the letter is in spam.
